Skip an upcoming booking

If you’re unable to attend a scheduled job, you can choose to skip it. This allows you to stay active on the platform without canceling your availability completely. Skipping too many bookings may affect your reliability rating, so use this option only when necessary.

Please follow below steps:

1. Log in to your MySquard account via email or phone.
2. Click on “All Jobs” locate the accepted booking you wish to skip
3. Select the booking you wish to skip, click “Decline”

Once, you skip an upcoming booking customer will get notification for the booking cancellation.
