Reschedule with preferred Pro

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to reschedule your booking. Our platform makes it easy for you to modify your appointment while keeping the same service professional (Pro) you originally selected.

How to Reschedule with Your Preferred Pro

  1. Go to Your Bookings
    • Navigate to the “My Bookings” section on your dashboard.
    • Select the booking you wish to reschedule.
  2. Choose “Reschedule with Preferred Pro”
    • Click on the “Reschedule” option.
    • Select “Reschedule with Preferred Pro” if you want to keep the same service provider.
  3. Pick a New Date & Time
    • Choose an available date and time that works for you.
    • The system will check the availability of your preferred Pro.
  4. Confirm the Reschedule
    • If your Pro is available, confirm the changes and your booking will be updated.
    • If your Pro is unavailable, you may choose another Pro or select a different date.

Important Notes:

  • Rescheduling Fees: Some services may have a rescheduling fee based on the provider’s policy.
  • Availability: If your preferred Pro is unavailable on your selected date, you may either choose a different date or proceed with another available Pro.
  • Notifications: You will receive an updated booking confirmation via email/SMS once the reschedule is successful.
