How to View Your Payment Details

📱 On the MySquard App:

  • 1️⃣ Open the MySquard app and log in to your account.
  • 2️⃣ Navigate to the My Bookings page.
  • 3️⃣ Select the booking for which you have payment questions.
  • 4️⃣ Scroll to the bottom of the booking details page click on “View details” then click on “View receipt”

💻 On the MySquard Website:

  • 1️⃣Log in to your account on the MySquard website.
  • 2️⃣Go to the My Bookings section.
  • 3️⃣Select the booking for which youwant to check payment breckdown
  • 4️⃣Click on View receipt

What You’ll Find in the Payment Breakdown:

  • Service Charges: The cost associated with the service you booked.
  • Additional Fees (if applicable): Any extra charges such as late booking fees, rescheduling fees, or add-ons.
  • Discounts & Credits Applied: Any promo codes, referral credits, or loyalty discounts that were deducted from the total amount.
  • Payment Method Used: The payment method linked to the transaction (e.g., credit card, Amazon Pay, Cash App).
