Permanently delete Your MySquard account.

If you wish to permanently delete your MySquard account, you can do so through the My Profile section in the app or on the website. Simply select the relevant reason for account deletion and get in touch with our customer support team via chat or call for further assistance.

Please follow steps below to delete your account from Mobile app:

  1. Log in to your MySquard account using the Mobile app:
  2. Navigate to the “My Profile” section.
  3. Scroll down and select “Settings”
  4. Click on Account Settings
  5. Select “Delete Account”
  6. Select the relevant reason for account deletion.
  7. Click on Delete my account.

Please follow steps below to delete your account from web app:

  1. Log in to your MySquard account using the website.
  2. Navigate to the “Manage account” section.
  3. Go to Account Settings.
  4. Click on Delete Account.
  5. Select the relevant reason for account deletion.
  6. Click on Delete my account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

  • Our support team will process your request and remove your account, personal data, and stored payment details from our payment partner, Stripe.

Reactivating Your Account in the Future

If you decide to return to MySquard after deleting your account, you will need to:

  1. Contact our support team via chat or call to request account reactivation.
  2. Re-enter your payment details to restore your account access and continue using our services.
