⚠️ Cancellation Policy
Last-minute cancellations or reschedules may incur fees, as they affect your service partner’s schedule and earnings:
- ✔ More than 24 hours before – No cancellation fee.
- ✔ Between 2–24 hours before – $15 cancellation fee.
- ✔ Less than 2 hours before – Charged up to $250, based on your order total.

✔ If the service provider arrives and the job cannot proceed – the Full service amount up to $250 is charged, credited to the provider, and non-refundable.

⚠ Cancel my booking
If you need to cancel your booking, follow these simple steps:
- Open the MySquard app or website and go to the “My Bookings” section.
- Select the booking you want to cancel.
- Click “Cancel Booking” and confirm your cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time, but fees may apply based on the timing:
For example:
- If your booking costs $125, you will be charged $125 (Non-refundable).
- If your booking costs $1,000, the maximum charge will be $250 .
⚠ Important: If the service provider arrives at your location and is unable to perform the service due to your unavailability, you will be charged the full-service amount (up to $250), and this payment will go directly to the provider. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
