How to View Payment Details & Download a Receipt on MySquard
If you need to review your payment details or download a receipt for a completed booking, follow these simple steps:
Checking Your Payment Details
📱 On the MySquard Mobile App:
- Open the MySquard app and log in.
- Navigate to the “My Bookings” section.
- Select the booking you want to review.
- Tap the “View Receipt” button.
📑 Here, you’ll see a detailed breakdown of your charges, including:
- ✅ Service Fee – The cost of the service you booked.
- ✅ Platform Fee – A small fee to support platform maintenance.
- ✅ Taxes (if applicable) – Any applicable government taxes.
- ✅ Discounts or Promotions Applied – If any referral codes or coupons were used.
Request a Receipt
💻 On the MySquard Website:
- Log in to your MySquard account.
- Go to “My Bookings” on the dashboard.
- Select the completed booking for which you need a receipt.
- Click “View Receipt” to see a detailed invoice.
- If you need a copy:
- Click “Download Receipt” to save it to your device.
- Or, choose “Email Receipt” to have it sent to your registered email.
