Do I need to be home?
Your presence during your booking is entirely up to you!
When scheduling a service, you’ll have the option to provide entry instructions for your professional. If you have a doorman or a secure place to leave a key, there’s no need to be home. However, if you prefer to be present, you’re welcome to stay throughout the service—whatever makes you most comfortable.
Important Reminder:
We’ll send you email, text, and push notifications to remind you of your booking.
However, if your professional is unable to access your location due to incomplete or incorrect entry instructions—or if you’re not home at the scheduled time—you will be charged the full cost of the booking.
