Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Customer No-Show Fees on MySquard
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, but last-minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows can result in lost opportunities for service professionals. To ensure fairness for both customers and service providers, please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation // Rescheduling Policy
1. More than 24 Hours Before the Appointment
- ✅ No cancellation or rescheduling fee. You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge.
2. Between 2–24 Hours Before Appointment
- ❌
A $15 cancellation fee applies if you cancel or reschedule within this window.
3. Less than 2 Hours Before the Appointment
- ⚠️ You will be charged the full amount of the service, up to a maximum of $250.
📌 Example:
- If your total booking cost is $125, you will be charged $125.
- If your total booking cost is $1,000, you will be charged the maximum cancellation fee of $250.
Customer No-Show Policy
If the service provider arrives at the designated location but cannot perform the service due to customer unavailability, the customer will be charged the full-service amount (up to $250).
💰This payment will be credited to the service provider’s account, and the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
What Happens if the Service Provider Doesn’t Show Up?
If a service provider fails to arrive for your scheduled service, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
