Cancel my booking

If you need to cancel your booking, follow these simple steps

  1. Open the MySquard app or website and go to the “My Bookings” section.
  2. Select the booking you want to cancel.
  3. Click “Cancel Booking” and confirm your cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time, but fees may apply based on the timing:

  • More than 24 hours before the appointment – No cancellation fee.
  • Between 2–24 hours before the appointment – A $15 cancellation fee will apply.
  • Less than 2 hours before the appointment – You will be charged the full order amount, up to $250.

For example:

  • If your booking costs $125, you will be charged $125 (Non-refundable).
  • If your booking costs $1,000, the maximum charge will be $250.

Important: If the service provider arrives at your location and is unable to perform the service due to your unavailability, you will be charged the full-service amount (up to $250), and this payment will go directly to the provider. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
