Our customers expect service professionals to arrive on time. If you arrive late at a job, it can lead to customer dissatisfaction and affect our reputation as well. If you arrive late at the job without informing the customer in advance (through call/text or via the On My Way feature in the app), we will charge you a $15 late arrival fee.
